STEP 1: Requirements
Secure the following:
- Previous Mayor’s Permit
- Barangay Business Clearance.
- Community Tax Certificate.
- Tax Assessment Form
- Tax Clearance (for Business activities conducted at the La Trinidad Public Markets(1993/2022) and La Trinidad Vegetable Trading Post.)
- Sanitary Permit/ Health Certificate.
- Fire Safety Inspection Certificate.

STEP 2: Submitting of Requirements
- Submit Complete Requirements at Business Permits and Licensing Section(BPLS) Municipal Treasurer’s Office 1st Floor Municipal Building, La Trinidad, Benguet.
STEP 3: Releasing
- Releasing of Approved Mayor’s Permit.
