Duties, functions and responsibilities
Licensing Officer III
- Evaluates requirements of business permit applicants.
- Inspects business establishments around the municipality to determine those who have no permit
- Padlocks erring business establishments.
- Determines those who did not comply with the notices/advisories at certain dates, then submit the list to the Office for Legal Services as their basis of preparing affidavits and complaints to be forwarded to the Municipal Trial Court.
- Prepares communications for the office as well as draft communications for the Mayor as requested.
- Do sight inspections to validate complaints.
- Performs other related works.
Licensing Officer II
- Evaluates requirements of business permit applicants.
- Inspects establishments around the municipality of La Trinidad to determine those who have no permit.

Clerk 1 (vacant)
- Prepares/encodes business permits for approval of the Mayor.
- Prepares certifications of with business, non-business or surrendered business.
- Encodes all names of approved permits at the data base.
- Evaluates the requirements of business permit applicants.
- Performs other related duties.
Clerk 2 (vacant)
- Prepares/encodes business permits for approval of the Mayor.
- Prepares certifications of non-business, with business or surrendered business.
- Records/updates hard copies of
- Evaluates the requirements of business permit applicants.
- Performs other related duties
Clerk 3 (vacant)
- Records approved permits in the logbook, segregates files, and issue copy to client.
- Receives/acknowledges surrender of permit.
- Performs other related duties.
