Requirements:

• Barangay Clearance
• Police Clearance

Step 1:

• Complete all Requirements.
• Proceed to the Municipal Mayors Office and submit all requirements (2nd Floor).

Step 2:

• Proceed to Window 13 for Payment.

Step 3:

• Proceed to the Municipal Mayor’s Office.
• Show your receipt for Releasing of Mayor’s Clearance.
